Blue Agave is a fantastic spot for a quick and tasty meal, especially late at night. The food is pretty good, and the service is fast. The special board on the wall is worth checking out. It's a regular spot for many, with the best margaritas in town. The shortrib Mac and Cheese is a must-try. The nachos carnita and cheeseburger with fried yoocah fingers are excellent choices. The caipirinha drinks are highly recommended. The staff is welcoming, with great recommendations for drinks and complimentary chips and salsa.
