The cashier at the self-service was extremely unpleasant, I asked her a question and she made an ugly face and didn't even answer my question! The one who delivered the order was very rude! You must train your staff to be more helpful and provide excellent service! For my part, I will not buy from this branch again nor do I recommend it! All this happened in the drive-thru.

Terrible customer service. Stood at register for 10 mins while all the workers looked at us. Then a worker asked if we were paying cash or credit, and said please use the kiosk. No one was in the restaurant. Rude and very unprofessional. Never again.

subpar staff. They could not understand their APP. In Addition, the wind was blowing outside and the door swung open. As I am pulling it to close (with both hands) a counter person sees me and walks out the door. I left it open.

if you go through the drive thru expect to pull forward. this happens every time without fail. employees never seem happy, i've worked in fast food before so i get it but you really need better customer service. i never feel welcomed when i come, they make every customer seem like an inconvenience. they scam their drive thru times but you'll be in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. they will often forget your sauces. not worth it anymore

Worst Wendy's to eat at near Disney and in my opinion, anywhere. Worker's are rude, food is always cold, order is never correct, and no good management. I've given this place several chances and it's just not worth it. Pay extra and go to McDonald's at Disney, it's worth it.

So I have been to several Wendy's today and I must say it amazes me how things have changed I came across this Wendy's and jumped through the drive-thru line which I should have went all the way around instead of employee Rosemary telling me I had to order something to get a cup of water I asked for a cup of water and she right away got it done with no complaints or even asking me did I have a order very polite very on point This is what a job supposed to have good customer service Thank you Rosemary continues to be the great employee you are

Service is COMICALLY bad. In the middle of me ordering the worker just left to hand out orders? I wasn’t done ordering? Also no cast member discounts which seems insane to me given the location. Absolutely

I am the type of person who does not enjoy getting angry at people for a slow customer service experience. But it seems like most of the people at this location do not even seem to remotely care about providing any efficient service for the restaurant. You aren’t even really acknowledged by the staff unless you get right up in their face. The food was fine and it’s convenient enough. But it doesn’t make me feel confident about returning here unless I absolutely have the need. Please choose a different location if you want to get Wendy’s nearby.

Gave service a 2 which probably should have been a zero but wanted everyone to understand the staff making food was absolutely amazing but the front cashier had to be told twice to man the front register???Falls into that, you've gott 1 job, take care of people trying to spend money.To add to this yes I did use the kiosk but the small child and elderly person next to me had cashAndTechnically we as customers don't work there the kiosk is a convenience not a requirement YET.

Terrible location. Went through around 9:30pm and sat at the drive through window for a few minutes without being acknowledged. When we drove around the window to see if anyone was around the employees where very rude and said a big order prevented them from coming on and letting us know it would be a few minutes before they could take our order.
