Honestly I love chick fil a and this is the first one I’ve came to and have had such a bad experience each time, either they don’t give me sauces and I asked for a salad bowl and they just said no I even said I can pay for it if that’s the problem and they refused to give me one and it has happened on several occasions. Prob the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to and they praise good service
I love this CFA and the people however, the wait time is HORRIBLE. I dread it everytime my son asks for CFA (we go to this location 2-3 times a week) but, this is the closest location to us. Even when I go on the inside it's still the same. I waited 35 minutes today in the drive-through. The only reason I waited is because my son was hungry when I picked him up from school and I was using reward points so his food was free. My favorite location is CFA in Maitland.

I have never had such a bad experience at a chik fil a. This location was unorganized and no one that served me was up to the standards of a chik fil a employee. It was lunch hour and they only had one line open as well as one person taking orders and payments. My sandwich was also cold and tiny they neglected to give me my sauces as well. will not be returning to this location
