“As a native of Philadelphia metro, their Philly cheese steak is as good as any I had growing up in South Jersey. While its a franchise, the Orlando one is better than others which are still very good. Very generous with ingredients. Roll tasted as good as Amoroso of Philadelphia. A nice touch of the old town anywhere in America.“
“Love this location, it's usually always empty, so you get serviced faster. The food always tastes delicious. If you're ordering a hot sub, expect to wait a little longer, but worth it. It's a nice and quiet place to enjoy a quick bite or to pick up.“
“Smaller Jersey Mikes, but sub sandwich was made correctly, but not split into two separate wrapping papers like I asked as I wanted to eat half of my giant sub and eat the other half later, hence the reason I ding the one star from service. Good location, but parking can be a pain since other stores and restaurants are close by.“
“The customer service here is very sweet and very kind. They were attentive at all times. The whole subway looked pristine which is so strange to me because I have never seen a Subway this clean. They served my food for here and it looked great and tasted great. Not really much to say about this place but the basics. Definitely would recommend.“
“I've been here twice now. Before and after remodel. The remodel looks great. Looks like a whole new restaurant. I will say the food was good both times. This restaurant got a lot of online orders and those orders take priority over the people actually ordering in the restaurant. I think the staff needs help because honestly they seemed angry and miserable on both visits.“

“It’s too expensive for me to visit as often as I’d like, but it is great food. I get the same sandwich most of the time I go, but whether I change it or stick to my favorite, it is almost always perfect. Firehouse is one of the very few places that no matter which location I go to, it is consistently made the same way each and every time. I’ve visited close to closing without realizing, and they served me just the same, no attitudes or sloppy quality food. Makes it worth going knowing that In going to get what I expect each time.“

“I know the employees around lunch time know who I am already lol! They are amazing I always place my order and leave my job walking and 10 mins later it is ready for me to pick up and enjoy! I love the customer service they are very attentive. The employee with the dreads definitely deserves a raise. Even if He has a line of people he always is asking if I need anything even when I wait patiently for him to finish up with the other folks. Food is always fresh and made just the way I like it. Great place for lunch and very convenient since my job is a 5 min walking distance. 5/5 recommend this location.“
“It looked to me like everyone was there studying, I loved the quiet atmosphere. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was good , I got the hottest level and it was just the right level of heat. The curly fries was also good :) I would love to come back here for a couple of things, also this was located inside of Foxtail. It would be a nice place for a coffee date. But if you don't like coffee it's also fine cause they have food :)“
