Kyle did amazing. Explained the process and handled a lot of questions from the group. The difference in small distilleries and the large operations. Buy local and support home grown companies that produce a quality product.

Seemed friendly, nice park like outdoor seating area (probably pet friendly). Enjoyed their Irish stout. Bought a bottle of their dark rum, aged in bourbon beer barrels. Sounds delicious. They also have ciders, wine and other beverage options. No food but an açaí shop and coffee shop (farmhouse has food) next door.

Atmosphere of a local bar, very unique beers on tap... I'm a stout guy so I reccomend the Irish stout, smooth creamy and delicious. The tour is worth $12 per person. The vodka is ok as is the un-aged white whiskey, the rum was smoother than I anticipated but the bourbon is wonderful. There are two and I enjoyed both, but prefer the reserve, it is a mellow barrel strength at 107 proof. Really wish they had there single malt... next time. A shout out to Kyle the tour guide... he knows his stuff! Thanks again and I will be back.

Connected to the The Bear and Peacock brewery is this small distillery. Cozy room with minimal seating but comfortable atmosphere. They have a small selection of vodka, rum, bourbon and whiskey. My husband is the whisky connoisseur so this review is based on his impression of the 1 whisky he tried. Driving hindered him from trying more. His opinion was that "it" was ok, but nothing special, especially at the price point. The bartender was knowledge and I listened to my husband and him go back and forth about various whisks on the market. I say give it a try. To each their own. If you don't like the liquor, walk next door to the brewery where you are sure to find something you like.

There were 6 of us that booked the tour and went on a Sunday afternoon. Our tour was short and our guide was reading from a book. The samples were good.

Their bourbon is the tastiest in Florida. I went on a tour led by Kyle and he has an eccentric personality. I learned so much from him. I highly recommend everyone to go on a tour here. Their spirits are top notch and pair well with cocktails.
