“The food is incredible especially the gouda grits!! Staff seemed overwhelmed which is fine but working in the service industry 20 years I wanted to suggest that they atleast acknowledge everyone who walks in with a smile and "hello I'll be right with you"“
“4.3 overall for the people, ambiance, and food. Coffee is very good, not great. Yes, I would get coffee here again.Who else recalls when Anthony first opened the Cupbearer in this space? Then, The Copper Coin.Cortado was very good, having an excellent consistency and being at the top end of "good" hot. It was a bit more acidic than this dark-roast drinker favors.12oz Pumpkin Spice Latte was less great... the milk was overheated and pumpkin flavor was interesting.I did whole milk for both.Maybe... the path from good to great is to leave the lids off until the customer sees perfect microfoam atop their drink. Don't hide hard work under a lid... nor hide a mess.“
“I wasn't even at the store and still received incredible service. A waitress named Kimberly who normally works 3rd shift but was working a 2nd today was at the Arby's next door. I ordered my food and realized I did not have enough money and she stepped in and paid for my meal. Those waitress work so hard for the little amount of money they make and she helped me. Wow! I hope you will all go third shift and share the love and big tips with her! Thank you so much Kimberly. I hope your staff and bosses know what an incredible person they have working for them. I will be going on payday to repay her and tip her big time.“
“I had written out a long detailed review and my app crashed as I went to post it. Not typing that out again. But the gist of it was the two girl overnight crew was great. The cook was 5/5 stars, she made me the best all star I’d had in a minute. Made this Waffle House a waffle home.“
“Pretty standard waffle house, friendly service with good food. I got my traditional eggs with hash browns smothered covered bacon and coffee, the coffee is always great service is always good at a reasonable price. I love coming down to Georgia to visit because I get to eat Waffle House a couple times“
“Short and sweet… maybe not… The place was packed…The hostess ( forgot name ) immediately acknowledged us and sat us with a smile. Our server Marybeth was amazing. All smiles , professional , and so helpful. A gentleman brought the food and was very professional. Mark the manager was walking around making sure everyone had what they needed and engaged with all. Customer service is not a lost art here. They all should be commended. Thank you!“

“I was here with my husband. It was Saturday 5:30. Chef Alex from Ukraine made an excellent omelette, hashbrowns, grits was a little dry but overall excellent. The waitress Anna is super sweet, it was very nice to talk to her, and the cook is also very nice. We drove 45 minutes to this waffle house on the recommendation of our friends, I left there in a great mood.“

Small business like this should be supported. Never had such good food in years and traveling so many places in USA,I can certify this is one of the best, clean food and portions are generous.
