“I was near this cafe, I used google to search where to buy cafe. The reviews were hence chose to give a try.

I was amazed by their service. The place is cute, I wasn’t sure what to drink and they suggested their best sellers and I asked to reduce sugar, they did too. I finally preferred lavender vanilla latte and that was a beautifully crafted drink. Fell in love with it and price is reasonable too.

They have good food, I didn’t try but food looked mouth watering. I will surely be going here again. If you want to try some small cafes, this is your go to!“

“Their egg waffles are awesome, unfortunately, at least 75% of the time they say they’re out of the mix or the machine isn’t working. We come at least a couple times a week and more often than not, they’re out. It’s too bad because they have some of the best boba in Alpharetta. We’d go more if they had egg waffles on a regular basis.“

I’ve been meaning to send this for some time. I want to recognize Kelly at the 11740 Haynes Bridge Rd store. I first met her before the store moved and was kind of a regular. Then Covid hit, the store moved, and I hadn’t visited for a couple of years. I went through the drive-thru one Friday and she recognized my voice and called me by name!
I’m not a regular now but every time I drive thru between 545-645 am and she’s there, she recognizes me. How does she do this? She is always super friendly and you can tell she loves her job. She’s a magical person. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Another person I want to shout out is Shadrach at the same store. He’s an early bird too and is always friendly and kind. Thank you!

One last thing - this store makes the best vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew! At my company we are celebrating customer service week so I wanted to show my appreciation for your employees. Have a great weekend!“

“If you are a cofee lover and want to get freshly roasted beans then this is the perfect spot.
I had a great experience here. The barista explained how a roastery works, how the flavors are different based on the roasting process etc.
They also had a neat inside of a plane decor (see photo). I learnt they have different decor in different locations.

Finally, I got myself a cappuccino and it was pretty good.

“The person working the drive thru at my recent visit to this branch was nothing but kind and patient. I was visiting via tourism at the time and never visited a Starbucks until quite recently. I am happy with the service they provided. I just wished I tipped!“

Drinks: We tried the Cookies & Cream Harborccino which we found to be one of the best coffee drinks we've ever tried! Even our non-coffee drinkers were left impressed!

Food: We tried a traditional breakfast with an Omelet and the Maple Bourbon Bacon, as well as a skillet combo and both were great! The maple bourbon bacon is a must if you're trying this place for the first time. Is it a little more? Yea, is it totally worth it?? OH YEA

Kid-friendliness: Right inside the door they have a dedicated "Kids Corner" to help entertain your little ones while you wait for a table!“

“Wife surprised me with Duck Donuts for my birthday, and now we both regret it. Because we will forever be a customer now when we’re in the area. 😂 Donuts are out of this world amazing. A multitude of flavors that are light, fluffy and drizzled to perfection. The lady at this location was super friendly, personable and very helpful. “Good biscuits. I was in recently with my daughter and niece. My daughter and I both got 'The Squawking Goat'. I wish I had taken a picture because there was a distinctive difference in size for each of our biscuits and chicken. The girls hat for me to take pics of our food but I wish I had as it demonstrates a lack of some consistency in the kitchen. They were still good and tasted as expected. My niece enjoyed her breakfast bowl as well. The toffee latte is far too sweet. I ended up having to put some black coffee in it to make it less so.“

“I stop at this Starbucks 2-3 times a week but the last two times I have been disappointed in the items I purchased. The berry yogurt I got on Monday seemed as if it had been not refrigerated and then put back in the frig because the granola on the top was not crunchy and the Chi Latte today taste like warm water with a little flavor. “Two visits today. First was a mobile order through the drive through. When you show up to the ordering box, the menu board is hard to read. The mobile order was not ready upon arrival but was ready at the drive through window after two cars ahead got their order. A paper receipt was not available when asked for at the pickup window with the staff saying the only way to get it was through the mobile app. (This is problematic for business expenses). Second visit ..inside. Ordered a mocha. The menu board only shows one size and one price. But there seems to be three different sizes (with mystery pricing at time of order). The bathrooms are unisex and require a code for entry (2345). Wi-Fi works with a log/ email address collection for Starbucks marketing. Staff was nice but I feel the drive through gets priority over walk in ordering (which is common among the drive through food industry.)
