I am such a fan of this location! The service is top notch - kudos to Heather for always giving great customer service. She’s amazing!! The food is fresh and delicious - my favorite is the French toast bagel. Incredible!! I highly recommend this place.
Line was long but servers were the best. The lady who was making the sandwiches and fixing the bagels was just a machine. She had so many orders for one person but she was busting them out.The reason why I gave a 4 instead of five…the manager!! This person sucks at her job. First, one day I was there she left one person at pos and one to make everything knowing rush was about to happen. The staff is very nice but this location was out of 75% if not 80% of their bagels at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Bagels are your business people! How can you literally have only five remaining choices at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday? Piss poor planning. I probably will not revisit.
