Happened into this restaurant randomly on a cold Saturday for lunch with my wife. I had Curry Chicken, Red Beans and Rice and the Cabbage Medley. Every thing was absolutely delicious. Thankful to have found this place as it is in a shopping center that I don’t frequent and it is not visible from Holcomb Bridge Rd. Only seating for 6 or 8 people but I highly recommend happening into this restaurant as well. The owner is Vanessa and she is lovely and accommodating.
This place is the bomb! . I have been to this place three times now, and every time I go the food is always good, and the customer service is great as well. This is one of my new favorite spots to eat at now.

First time at Minston's. J*** chicken with rice and beans and cornbread for lunch. Outstanding. Nice kick but not too spicy. Portion was crazy huge. Best lunch value I've seen in a while. This is my new go-to lunch spot. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
