“I've gotta say, I've never written a review or considered writing one. This time I really felt like I had to. I came to Jimmy Johns and my bank was having some issues with debit cards causing mine to decline. We tried to figure it out for a while and the staff was super patient, understanding, and incredibly chill. Anyways, my card wouldn't go through for whatever reason and I was pretty sad but they tried to give me my food for free. They went to go get it and I slipped out the door feeling bad that I wouldn't be a paying customer. The man chased my car down to give me my food! I can't recall the last time something this wholesome has even happened to me. An unexpected headache turned into something I'll remember for a long time.“
“I got the Vito and it was great except the bottom of the bread was too hard for me. I'll try a different bread next time. Employee was awesome, listened to what I wanted and used clean standards while preparing my food. He was friendly and didn't make me feel like I was going down an assembly line like a lot of other places I've been. He knows what he's doing, knows the menu well and answered all my questions being it was my first time eating there. Highly recommend if you want a good sub with good fresh deli meat. Only thing I would like to see is more veggie options.“
