“I go here pretty regularly for lunch. The food and service are always excellent. I am surprised by the previous bad reviews because I've been going there for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. Today the drive thru lane was backed up because someone thought it was appropriate to place a large order there instead of going inside or ordering ahead. I placed a mobile order and when I told them that, they walked it out to me and said they didn't want me to wait in line due to the large order. That's going above and beyond and should be recognized. Thanks!!“

“Can we talk a little bit about how INCREDIBLE the customer service is and FRESH the food is at Jimmy Johns?!?!? I also think they sponsor some of the local schools by feeding their athletes?!?!?
