My friend and I have been visiting every cafe in Athens to determine what is the best weekend study spot. Molly's Coffee Company is our favorite so far. I loved the pleasing atmosphere and decor. It is light in color and calming. I appreciate the plants and lighting. The cafe is quiet and has many tables for studying. AMAZING!!! Lots of parking and bathrooms inside. It's a bit off the beaten path of downtown but it makes for a very peaceful ambiance. The coffee is phenomenal. I judge a coffee shop by its drip coffee and Molly's is exceptional! I think the roast on today was "Aldo's" I grew up on a coffee farm in El Salvador so I am very picky about coffee. I was driving past Molly's it looked so inviting I turned around and parked my car the place was imaculate, smelled great I ordered a recomended pastry, rasberry chocolate warmed up and a capuchino.
