The location is nice, but expect long wait times for food. Have been several times and typical wait for food is ~45 minutes - same for the downtown location. Service is never great but food is decent. We like a few of their speciality pizzas and will normally order pick-up (which also has at least a 45 minute wait for one pizza). If you're ok with waiting then this is a good choice but otherwise I would go with Little Italy that's downtown.
There was barely any wait time for service and I was ordering to go and decided to stay and they quickly helped me do that. Sitting by the falls was my sanity this place should be packed for lunch and dinner because it's the only place where I can feel like I'm experiencing the outdoors while eating since there is a waterfall and the food is good although the portion size is a bit small but I have a big appetite.
