It's been over 20 years since my last dining experience here. The Coca-Cola slushy machine was new; everything else was not. My favorite dish was a specialty of Chef Schutz, stale cookies reheated to taste fresh via the toaster oven. His genius was thwarted by a vanilla wafer that crumbled and immediately caught fire. I discovered THE Brittain Dining Hall during the great couch-tossing event from Schmiff Penthaus, circa 2000. I give it exactly one star better than the shampoo bottle coverage event of late 1999, featuring Nathan wandering through the hallways after a shower.
