The food was great, however, our server wasn't great at actually coming to refill our drinks or ask if we need anything. While we were there, a huge group of about 30 high school kids came in so I'm guessing that distracted her.
Not great. This place is rated 3 stars for a reason. The lunch service started out okay, but the waitress was completely unfamiliar with the menu. We had to resubmit our order because she didn't know the lunch specials are only applicable M-F.I can usually overlook something like this, but someone else's appetizer was sent to our table. Regrettably, my low review is based on the poor customer service, particularly from the leader of this franchise.
