“Had a great experience at this location. My boss last minute placed a catering order for my crew (Zaxbys) and they got it together for us ok! When I got to the location it was already ready to go. The manager helped me to my car. I didn’t get his name I’m sorry I didn’t. But he said he wasn’t the store manager had an accent (that I loved lol) and was so nice. Being a RGM I really appreciate great service. I wish I remembered his name! But me Rich and my staff thank you so much! And we’ll see you again! The notes on the boxes were so cute too!“

“Review for Perimeter Mall Food Court Chipotle: AMAZING! We placed a group DoorDash order for a nearby business for 18 people's orders for pickup at 1145. By 1110, the order was not processing, we called food court Chipotle and they said they never saw the order. That being said, they told us to come inside and order. We came inside and ordered 18 meals and they were AMAZING! Not only did they make our 18 meals in less than 20 minutes but they also kept their regular line going. They worked together so well, kept the line moving, it was so impressive. Teamwork at its finest! Thank you to Lashay, Nathaly, Monica, Abel, and Jasmine. These people deserve a raise- they TRULY saved the day or our team wouldn't have had lunch for our meeting!“
“We came on a random Tuesday night at 7pm, starving and tired. There were 6 people lined up and ready to take the order from start to finish. They were real nice guys. Were they overjoyed? Not really. But they had a burrito assembly line, they answered our questions with impeccable courtesy, and they got us out in 5 minutes. These were veggie and tofu burritos. They were tasty and hearty and really flavorful. So was the guacamole. I don't know what else I could ask of this place. Go team.“

“This is a great option in Terminal D. Good was fresh and what you would expect from Chipotle. I had a bowl with brown rice, chicken, beans, Pico, corn salsa, and lettuce. It was great and staff was friendly and professional. Excellent option for airport dining!“
“Upon arrival to pick up my online order, I was greeted two steps inside the door. I was greeted by SIMONE. She was the kindest, most professional employee that I've encountered in a restaurant since the COVID19 PANDEMIC ! Her communication was top notch and I was pleased with the how my food was prepared. I spoke with some of the other employees and they were very pleasant too. My food was fresh, hot and very delicious. !!I was very pleased, thank you.“

“It'd been over 8 years since R and I ate at a Chipotle, and we recently went back to try their food.This Chipotle is hidden in the newly renamed Ashford Lane shopping center, but in one of the sections not being improved/redeveloped. I say hidden because the front isn't facing a major street, just a small parking lot that never seems to be full anymore. The parking is free, though.The look and feel of this Chipotle is just as I remember other Chipotle locations in other states - tin, wood and steel decor, polished cement floor, cold industrial and feel, and a busy kitchen with many employees. The menu looks similar, with customers being able to choose from burritos, tacos, quesadillas, bowls and salads. I noticed sofritas, something new to me, on the menu, and asked the very patient and knowledgeable employee at the food line what sofritas were. He told me that it's plant-based protein, and I asked, "Like tofu?" He answered yes. I asked him if he would eat sofritas. His face scrunched up, he looked down and shook his head quickly. Ok, so no sofritas for me!Instead, I customized a bowl, ordering steak, brown rice, black beans, tomatillo red chili salsa, sour cream, fajita veggies, cheese and romaine lettuce. I liked the portions of everything that was put into the bowl, including the steak. I ordered a fountain drink, getting a cup so that I could fill it at the self serve beverage dispensers. The drink area was sticky, and the counter and floor needed to be cleaned up of spills left behind by customers.Sat down at the one of the high top tables and stationary tall stools, and enjoyed our food. The steak was delicious and tender. The portion was good. Everything in the bowl was tasty and fresh. R said his bowl was also good. No complaints about the food from us! The service provided by the employees was also good.“

“Convenient to work. Usually out of something during lunch. This time it was chicken, last time white rice and chicken, the time before white rice and black beans. Some people leave due to this, I can adjust easily. Usually fast and polite, catering orders can hinder service pretty badly. Maybe its the size of the place and they can only prep so much, understandable. Food is always delicious, Ill be over weekly for my fix. Thank you!“
“My flight from NYC was delayed by 2 hours. Upon arrival in Atlanta my first stop after checking in was to eat. Who doesn't love tacos? Served quickly, order taken efficiently and I was no longer hangry after a longer than expected trip :)“

“I was on the Emory campus on a Saturday and needed some food, so I decided to order ahead at this chipotle. My food was ready within 5 min, at the time the app suggested it would be ready. And when I went to pick up my food, there was very little rush inside the restaurant and there was plenty of space for outdoor eating! The drink area was well stocked and overall restaurant was clean, so I had no issues and will definitely be back again!“
“The woman who was making my bowl didn't appear to be happy to be working and the woman who was at the register seemed to be tired especially after saying she just woke up and wasn't feeling it. I made my drink and went to sit down and noticed a little girl laying down on the seat closet to the exit door. As I was finishing my meal, the woman who wasn't happy to be working walked over to the little girl and woke her up to ask if she wanted some food. I assume she was her mother. I understand people sometimes don't have people to watch their kids, but to bring them to work is not an option. Especially at a place where food is served and people sit down to eat and you look over and a kid is asleep on the bench at the table across from you. I noticed several people coming in and leaving, shaking their heads after seeing the kid laying there.“

“I had a very pleasant experience today. Before the young man made my burrito, I saw him wipe lettuce and cheese off the counter top and he crossed his hands on his chest while he waited for the rice to finish cooking. They brought him the rice and he proceeded to make my burrito. I stopped him and asked him to change the gloves. He stopped, washed his hands and put on another pair of gloves. He thanked my for making him aware that you shouldn't be touching everything just because you have on gloves. The burrito was well made and delicious.“
“Went to this chipotle since the one on piedmont is renovating. I loved how friendly and calm the staff was compared to that one. The other is just so chaotic and don't even get me started on the one in Lenox. I'll probably come to this one from now on.“
