Dugans recently opened in our area (Northlake Mall). We are so excited to have a new local spot and want desperately for it to succeed! The bartenders are great - the food is great - the servers are so sub par. We had to remind our server 3x for our beer / wine / water. Hoping the service makes a turnaround!!!
Good vibes and good bar food here. No frills, just tasty wings and tasty drinks! They have tons of tvs for watching sports plus a jukebox for playing any music you want to hear. They have a Hennessey margarita for those of you who indulge. The wings are pretty good here, and they will fry them crispy upon request. You can tell they're still building a clientele, so sometimes it's a little dead. It's in the same shopping center as Northlake Mall, which is like a ghost town, honestly....read full review
