“I always leave this Dunkin with a smile. In the service industry, coming away from each experience with a feeling that I am seen, known and remembered (even though I am far from a regular - I visit maybe a few times a month) is an exceedingly rare thing to encounter - and this Dunkin always delivers. Ive had positive experiences at every time of day with various staff members. I will say the general demographic of this area (Toco Hill/N Druid Hills) is very entitled and demanding and I frequently encounter interactions at this Dunkin where customers are less than gracious in dealing with the fast-paced environment they are opting into. This Dunkin isnt necessarily the place I'd go to try the newest fancy drink, dont get me wrong. The staff rotates frequently and isnt always fully trained especially with how frequently they cycle the menu now. But if you want a decent, strong, relatively plain coffee (my go to here is the cold brew - always delivers) and maybe a donut or two, this Dunkin will not let you down. Just make sure youre here for the right reasons - that is, a friendly neighborhood café vibe that prioritizes friendly service over barista skills and encyclopedic product knowledge.“

“I’ve lived next to this location for five years and seen it go through a lot of phases. I can confidently say that this is the best it’s ever been! The staff is extremely kind and my drinks come out correct consistently.

Big shoutout to Ashley in the drive thru! She remembers me (& my dog) every time I come and is always so cheerful. Good service is to be expected in fast food, but good hospitality is never guaranteed. She gave me good service AND put a smile on my face. The world needs more Ashley’s!“

“This is the only Dunkin' I frequent. The employees are always super friendly and timely. There is a wonderful young girl that works there most times I go and she is such a joy! Always makes my order to perfection and accommodates if they're out of something. Donuts are always fresh, even if you go near closing time!“

It’s in a food court that is rather upscale and clean!

This location has all of the K cups ( including pumpkin) , tea, but no frozen desserts and I also didn’t see any apparel or cups.

Order ahead on the app and it makes it much easier to just come pick up your order. Service was good. And of course Dunkin’ is always busy.“

“This location is awesome. I came in after being disappointed in a few locations in Gwinnett. I wasn't looking for anything special, I was kinda expecting a crappy service.

I'm so glad I was wrong. This location is probably the best I've been too. I made my order sitting in the parking lot through the app. I hit submit & headed inside. Buy the time I got inside (less than 45 secs) my order was ready.

My food was fresh, my food was hot. I was blown away becuase I thought dunkin didn't serve hot food, it's always warm at best, basically room temperature.

Now I have complaints to make to corporate about my past orders from the locations in Gwinnett.

They all need to come to this location for training if you ask me.

Every single time we come in, Tyrone is an absolute rockstar. It doesn’t matter how long the line is, how early it is in the morning, or how chaotic the rush gets handles everything with the ultimate level of professionalism, genuine warmth, and an infectious positive attitude. He remembers his regulars, greets everyone with a smile that brightens your entire day, and makes sure every single order is crafted to absolute perfection. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he serves, and that kind of top-tier hospitality is incredibly rare these days.

The rest of the staff clearly feeds off that amazing energy too. The food is always fresh, the iced coffee and lattes are never watered down or rushed, and the orders are always 100% accurate.

“Very good service each visit. It has walk up window and drive thru. No sitting. Just a counter for putting your drink and food down. Really good donuts and beverages, like the hot chocolate. Communication and customer care is little bit lacking in the people who work there and they tend to run out of specific items, especially around Halloween and launch dates dunkin announces.“

“I was visiting the Dunkin's for the first in the States and the overall experience was really good. I had my breakfast there. I ordered 1 multigrain cream cheese Bagel 🥯, 1 hash brown (u get 6 mini hashbrowns in it) and 1 hot chocolate with whipped cream. The order was ready in minutes. I liked all of them. The hash browns were very fresh and tasted yummy. Bagel was simple and tasty. And here comes my most liked item, the hot chocolate, it tasted soo yummm!! It instantly became my go-to order. Do give the items a try for simple/quick and yummy meal.“
