“I’ve lived next to this location for five years and seen it go through a lot of phases. I can confidently say that this is the best it’s ever been! The staff is extremely kind and my drinks come out correct consistently.

Big shoutout to Ashley in the drive thru! She remembers me (& my dog) every time I come and is always so cheerful. Good service is to be expected in fast food, but good hospitality is never guaranteed. She gave me good service AND put a smile on my face. The world needs more Ashley’s!“

“I recently had a not-so-great experience at another Dunkin’, but this location really made up for it.
The service here was fast, attentive, and welcoming. Everything went smoothly, and I left happy. The only minor downside was that the bathroom was temporarily out of order, but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Thank you to the team at this Dunkin’!“

This location has all of the K cups ( including pumpkin) , tea, but no frozen desserts and I also didn’t see any apparel or cups.

Order ahead on the app and it makes it much easier to just come pick up your order. Service was good. And of course Dunkin’ is always busy.“

“This is the only Dunkin' I frequent. The employees are always super friendly and timely. There is a wonderful young girl that works there most times I go and she is such a joy! Always makes my order to perfection and accommodates if they're out of something. Donuts are always fresh, even if you go near closing time!“

“This location is awesome. I came in after being disappointed in a few locations in Gwinnett. I wasn't looking for anything special, I was kinda expecting a crappy service.

I'm so glad I was wrong. This location is probably the best I've been too. I made my order sitting in the parking lot through the app. I hit submit & headed inside. Buy the time I got inside (less than 45 secs) my order was ready.

My food was fresh, my food was hot. I was blown away becuase I thought dunkin didn't serve hot food, it's always warm at best, basically room temperature.

Now I have complaints to make to corporate about my past orders from the locations in Gwinnett.

They all need to come to this location for training if you ask me.

It’s rare these days to see employees who can balance speed with genuine hospitality, but Zacai and Vijay nailed it. The order was perfect, everything tasted fresh, and the positive energy they brought made my quick stop feel like a highlight of the day.

“Excellent service from the brother that was was running the ship alone. I walked in and received excellent service. I just needed a place with wifi to complete some of my work. Great hospitality and service! The place was spotless, especially for him to be the only worker working today. Very impressed!“

“The experience was so so, not bad, not great! When I ordered food I specifically said the meal that I wanted, the coffee and a donut. The bill was somewhere around $20.00, didn't think anything of it because of the extras I got, but when I got the food and coffee the hash rooms were missing. So I said I ordered the meal and the hashbrowns are missing. They said you didn't order a meal, I said I did to, blah blah blah, anyways, I did order a meal, but still had to pay for some hashbrowns that were supposed to have been included. I dont complain ofter, or even seldomly, but this deserved a little bit of it. Other than that for the two of them working, they handled that morning crowd efficiently. I'd go back again. Parking: I'm not sure if street parking is free, but if you're just going in to pickup an order, put your flashers on and you should be fine.“

“I only stopped to pick up a half dozen of glazed donuts, to which they had plenty on hand. The donuts were fresh, and this was early afternoon, so that was nice to see! The place was clean although I'm not sure if I would eat outside because of the street traffic.... Overall, this location is alright to visit and eat from....“

“Some people complaining on here need to get a reality check. I’ve been going here since they opened and never experienced rudeness from any of the staff. They’re rushed especially at peak times with customers wanting their coffee, donuts etc and yeah they’re rushing you’re in a drive through. I cannot stand folks taking ages to order stuff too. If their non-southern keep moving attitude offends you then go elsewhere. All I care about is my coffee and that’s always been good no matter what time of day I visit. And yes I live right next to this DD and the donuts have always been good.“

“Very good service each visit. It has walk up window and drive thru. No sitting. Just a counter for putting your drink and food down. Really good donuts and beverages, like the hot chocolate. Communication and customer care is little bit lacking in the people who work there and they tend to run out of specific items, especially around Halloween and launch dates dunkin announces.“

“So happy to see the B Terminal Dunkin is still open. Super fast service, very friendly workers. Coffee is so much better than Char-butts! Update... it's now closed for renovation. I found one decent coffee shop near gate A12, but that's it for the ATL Airport. Even the Delta Skyclubs only have Char-butts coffee.“
