They have gone impersonal and all digital. While this is probably good for pickup and delivery it is a long way from the great service, atmosphere, and experience that was had here before.I can understand looking to reduce staff and working to automate/ digitize things but there is so much waste. Ordered from FIGO to Cater a large client meeting. It was a big hit with everyone and their food is amazing!! Both the restaurant and catering team was very communicative with me and we had a great meal.

I miss this place so much. I used to get their four formaggi pasta with the gemelli. My favorite pasta. Wish they had more of these locations for the pickier eater who loves pasta :)
