Today I arrived around 4pm and sat at the downstairs bar. Tati with the blonde braids passed us about five times. I finally got Demaris attention because he asked her did you take care of them she said they not ready. I yelled yes I am and have been waiting. He took our order and was very nice. We sat and ate for about 30 mins. Tati never asked if we were OK or needed anything until it was time to get our ticket. The food was amazing but the service was terrible. Average sports bar with TV's, drinks, and food. Food and drink options may be slightly better than others. However in this case, it was offset by the service. We waited about 10-13 min before a server came to get our drink order. After trying to talk with him, ordering food, getting the wrong sandwich, and then him having trouble difficulty correcting it, we came to the conclusion the server was probably stoned. I love HOBNOB! This was my 3rd brunch experience. Only negative I have to offer is they wouldn’t let us go upstairs because our lady friend didn’t have an ID. I understand policy but we’re OBVIOUSLY all adults. That aside, still an great experience. The food was delicious. Idk our server’s name but she was great. Very attentive. Really great service. We’ll be back again!
