One nice employee, everyone else was lazy. Stared at me and said they didn't know how to do an order pick up. Kroger, please train your employees how to use the pick up checkout system and on customer service. Wasted 25 minutes and now heading to Publix just based on the principle of this. Being rude to customers (while checking out their own employee groceries) is a bad look for a national chain.
THIS LOCATION IS GIVING OUT FREE FOOD! I PAID $6 FOR $17 WORTH OF GROCERIES! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that got me some free food due to someone's attitude and lack of training! Lol! So I come in here to get me some snacks for a small Christmas celebration with my little family tomorrow. Now I'm from the Southside of Chicago and I've relocated here for a military assignment. Clean store with a good selection. However, customer service needs a lot of improvement. The employees seem to be preoccupied with socializing rather than work. An exchange inquiry , at the customer service desk, resulted in a curt and nasty response from a manager.
