During my birthday trip to Atlanta this past weekend we stopped by this Longhorn location. From the time we walked in until we left the service was absolutely horrible. Upon arrival we were told our wait would be 20-25 minutes. It turned into a 40 minute wait. We watched the hostess clean off the table where she eventually sat us. It was my very first time going to Longhorns. And man let me tell you. From the ambience. The courtesy. It was all spot on. I love great customer service and I got it. I went around 6:45 pm. Didn't have to wait too long for a table and no reservations. Got seated. And had a great server. The food was delicious. Everything I had heard. Wings juicy. White meat. Don't know if it was a off day or if this is the norm, but we won't be back.Our waiter was only seen at the beginning and at the end of our lunch. Never brought our appetizers or refills. If I didn't pay cash, we would still be there waiting there. The food that was brought, was hot and fresh.
