My family went here for lunch. I felt the food was good, not great. We would go back, potions and prices were reasonable. I was disappointed with the fried green tomatoes. Just not very good.
We visited on a Friday night with about 40 students and chaperones. We were escorted by the very friendly staff to a private room prepared as buffet style with southern foods- fried chicken, cornbread, mac'ncheese, and some of the best green beans I've ever had. The tea was just like I remember grandma's ( sweet!) Later that evening the roof collapse from recent rainstorms may have the restaurant closed for a while.

Classic southern fare. They don’t take reservations so make sure you get there early and get your name down. They move quickly, and everything was served hot. We were there on a Saturday evening, so some items were sold out.
