Oner of my top and most fav pizza places to visit is Mellow Mushroom, located on 931 Monroe Dr. Natalie the GM (Gen Mgr.) is absolutely the best GM to run such a laid-back, friendly yet live-action establishment in ATL. Best one yet, seasoned staff who make your pizza great, get things right and have excellent customer service. The manager, I’m assuming she was a manager looking over recipes at the register was so nice.
First, the food is amazing. We enjoy visiting your LaVista location at least once a month. We also like to order for delivery but today we noticed that you added the price of the pizza, the taxes, the delivery fee, and a service fee all together THEN you added a tip to that total. I don't mind tipping the guy who made my pizza and the driver who brought it to me, but I do mind paying a percentage on taxes and service fees.
