I had lunch here with my mom and my aunt. I couldn’t decide what I wanted from the menu, so I went with the special of the day: a sloppy joe. Made me happy. My mom got the black bean burger, and my aunt got the shrimp po boy. All of the food was perfect. Service was attentive. I was glad to include this lunch stop in my short visit back home.
It's a perfect dark dive bar. Don't change a thing. Hopefully if you are going here you know what to expect. This is where you go if you're the kind of person who misses smoking indoors, prefers a dark alley to a park avenue, and to who "noise" is a good thing.
