FIRE THE STAFF! The ENTIRE STAFF! They are running your business into the ground. Why are people having to mention the girl with the locs so many times? She is exactly as she has been described in other reviews. I just encountered her and she is destroying this business with her horrible attitude, service and demeanor. There were two women working the night I went. One had Locs and the other had curls. The one with Locs starred at me as I walked up and didn’t say anything. No welcome in, no hi, or anything welcoming. The one with curls was busy doing something. The one with locs put a smoothie in the machine and walked away. Placed an online order and waited 30 minutes past the time it was supose to be ready. It was an açaí bowl, and was sitting on the counter the whole time…. By the time I got it, it was COMPLETELY liquid. Waste of time and money.
