Had the most incredible time today at Flour and Time bakery! I've never come across such amazing croissants. Seriously, couldn't pick a favorite - the sweet and savory ones were all just too buttery, crispy, and downright delicious. Flour and Time has delicious vegan pastries and cakes! My son has food allergies to dairy, egg, peanut, sesame and pine nuts. Being a vegan bake shop I knew that the baked goods inherently didn’t have dairy or egg. However, I had concerns about my son’s other allergens being present in the products. We finally made it to Flour + Time Bakery yesterday, and you should believe the hype! Delicious vegan bakery/patisserie, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and the owners spent a lot of time talking with us. When we mentioned their support for Farm of the Free Animal Sanctuary they said they're planning a fundraiser for them next month. I love the vegan community here!
