“My husband was given a farewell dinner for his retirement at Bare Bones. Admittedly I wasn't expecting much since food at large events is basically ok. I was pleasantly impressed by the variety and quality of the food. The salads and sides had as much attention to detail as the entrees, which were varied to accommodate many people. I had the Salmon and my husband had the steak. Both were prepared well and cooked to our liking. The desserts were also varied and had the same quality. I had the ganache cake, which was a nice ending to the meal. My husband had the cream brûlée he was just as impressed. I heard no complaints and every one was satisfied . The room where we were seated was intimate yet roomy enough to walk around with ease. It provided a nice setting for pictures. The wait staff from the hostess and the roof top bar were nice and accommodating. The wait staff in the room were nice, friendly, polite and efficient. We had a wonderful time. We intend to come back soon.“

“I always have good food and service at Longhorn. I've been to the "Fancy" steak houses where I'm paying $95.00 for a steak. But for the money, Longhorn is just as good. My Ribeye was cooked just like I requested, which happens 99% of the time here.“

“We got the same corner spot as last time. ( the best seat in the whole room). The service was fast from the seafood tower to our entrees. Our team lead by Steven with Sarah and Maria were perfect. “I had the pleasure of dining here a few evenings ago and had the best experience. It started when I walked through the door. I was greeted with a very kind staff and it continued to the bar where I enjoyed my meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and chatting with the bartender, Allison. She was very sweet and a pleasure to be around. I also loved the changes that were made on the inside of the restaurant when it was Bello. I will be coming here quite a bit just so I can try something different each time. I had the trout and it was yummy goodness!! “We had dinner here party of 5. Service was fast, staff were friendly. We did Hibachi, the guy who prepared our meal was very funny.We also enjoyed the crab rangoon. It came out hot and delicious. “What a fantastic lunch! Longhorns is always good. However, today’s lunch and service was just exceptional in every way!Greeted pleasantly and seated immediately our server was right on it taking our drink order. Service continued on that pace for the entire meal with salad, entrees and drink refills happening timely.The cold food was cold (salad). The hot food was hot (ribs, potato, soup). All the portions were large and the food was just super tasty today. Ribs were fall off the bone and very tasty with the sauce. Salads fresh and full of goodies. Baked potato soup was yummy and at good temp.As we got ready to leave I noticed the greeter walking very slowly to seat a couple. Seemed strange in how slow she was going. And then, as they passed by the aisle opening I saw one of the older couple with a cane! What consideration that young greeter had for their customer by not leaving them in the dust.Was a perfect ending to a wonderful meal experience at this Longhorn’s today. Complemented the manager on his entire team on the way out.“

“This was a five star meal they prepared 20 minutes before closing time.The filet was impeccable. The smokey butter sauce for the lobster was next level.Asparagus.....warm bread......baked potato.....literally to die for.The only thing better than the steak was the server Mindy.Can I rate more than 5 stars?“

“Food was amazing, the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The asparagus did taste like butane though so I couldn't eat it and our server was lacking. Not getting 90% of our sides and bringing out the appetizers at the same time as our entrees. Other then that the space was very cool.“
