“I got the most excellent service ever, the manager gave me a happy ending surprise and free sloppy slushy. My wife just died so this was a great getaway to my dream establishment Taco Bell. An employee by the name of David Mccool told me to have a good day. This personally hit me emotionally as my day was already terrible as I was not allowed in Swinging Richard’s and I went down $3000 dollars in the casino. I would have hit big if I played one more round. “It has been years since I've been to a Moe's restaurant. I just wanted to give it try again yesterday. I was not very impressed. I ordered a quesadilla and the employee made it completely wrong. Instead of laying it on the flat top and warming it, she proceeded to fold it in half and trying to hit it with the heated press. As a result, my tortilla was almost crispy. My food was pretty good other than that problem. The gentleman I went with had the same thing I did and it was prepared correctly by another employee. After this employee showed her what she had done wrong. She acted completely disgruntled. Even though the food was okay, because of the service, I won't be back.“
“Came here this evening for our anniversary and was seated and welcomed by Anslee. She was super helpful. Was punctual on making sure we were served with fresh hot food and that our table needs were met! Even with the restaurant being super busy on a Friday evening, Anslee was right on time!!
