I love the Zaxby's Zensation salad. It's my favorite item and what I had on this visit. I've never had anything at Zaxby's I disliked. The Bleu Cheese salad is also terrific. The staff has always been polite, and the service, speedy. Whenever there was a slight issue with something, they've resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Extra forks or napkins? No problem. Thanks, Zaxby's. Job well done! ?

If there was lower than one that is what I would give for Schomburg rd , Columbus ga. I have never eaten at Zaxbys. I spoke earlier today to someone on the phone because I had never ordered before. I wanted to try their Asian salad. Because of a few details of my order I asked if I could call back to order. He said yes. I called to order and spoke with someone that said he is the manager and told me they do NOT take phone orders , I explained that I had spoken to someone earlier that said I could. I am 70 years old and don’t do apps. He said that doesn’t matter, no phone orders. Guess they don’t want new business???

My stars are from having good service at the drive thru, and my food was hot. Fries were fresh even my burnt sandwich was hot. My issue is my chicken was burnt and it came along with a rolled up burnt piece of cheese, so burnt I thought they put salami or pepperoni on my sandwich.

Service was slow! Drink machine leaking all over the floor. Staff was not very friendly or knowledgeable.
This Zaxby's has got to be the most unprofessional, get it wrong everytime location in this city. We placed an online order tonight and of course they close their inside early, so you have to sit in a super long line to get it. My husband went to get the food, got to the window after waiting an eternity and they have nothing ready although our food was sitting there. He gets home and our son's food is missing. We call and they tell us we have to wait in the long line again. My husband nicely asked if they can just remake his food since he had to leave, go back up there, wait in a long line and it would be cold by the time he got home. He's not going to eat in our sons face and then leave. Although we were going to give the food back uneaten they told him no. That they can't or won't remake his food. Seriously? This is YOUR mess up which they're notoriously known for there and you can't simply remake one plate or give him fresh fries? Give me a break. It's the only thing we asked and with no apology given. I'm calling corporate. This has been their last straw with me.
