“Read the other reviews and you’ll see a very clear pattern. Drive thru takes 20 minutes to move 4 cars, lobby doors are always locked, employees are tweakers who have zero sense of responsibility or any customer service skills. With so few fast food options in the area it’s a shame we have to continue tolerating this poor excuse for a restaurant.(Update 11/16/23:) It seems that this location has gone through some changes and the service and wait times have improved drastically. The restaurant interior is clean and most days the lobby is open. The only time I've seen a sign on the door when the lobby was closed was later in the evening. Perhaps it was a safety thing? Either way, the drive thru was quick, so no worries. Its good to see a restaurant making positive changes.“
“First of all, this is fast food. Keeping things in perspective. It's not competitive with regular Hispanic food restaurants, but it's good for fast food.The staff is typically friendly and helpful. This location had staff issues in the past but appeared to resolve them.There are plenty of menu options with standard Americanized Mexican food. My wife and I like coming here for a quick meal or snack. The food has always been good, with the exception of what they call a Gordito. For some reason, it always comes soggy. For burritos, we like that we can swap regular beans for black beans. They have a variety of hot sauces from mild to Diablo.They are open late, as late as 2am. Each location may vary. Staffing shortages may also affect hours. The inside typically closes earlier than their hours. I don't know the exact inside hours since I usually order at the drive-through.Vegetarian options: You can customize your order for no meat or dairy products as desired.“
“The Taco Bell on Bethelview is understaffed. The employees are angry and stressed out. The online ordering system has been down for over a month. The food is good, but you can expect to wait 15 minutes to get anything. Last but not least, the Pepsi machine is not working. The drinks are mostly carbonated water.“
“Kind of a mixed bag here. The food quality is good, I've never gotten a bad item from this location. The atmosphere is typical Taco Bell, nothing special, but it's clean and well kept.The one thing where it falls down is service. And it's not because of the employees, they're generally nice and do a good job. But the staffing is very hit or miss. Unless it's during the work day I now drive by and place a mobile order only after arriving in the parking lot and seeing them open, The problem is that the system will let you order and pay, even if there is no one at that location. Twice now I've arrived only to find the place dark. And we're not talking weird hours, once was 8am for breakfast, and the last was about 8:45pm. Both times the money was charged to my card, and it took them some time to figure it out and refund it. One thing I have noticed is that prices at this store are a good bit lower than the one a couple of miles away.“
