“I love peri peri chicken. Like, there is never a day when I wouldn't want to have peri peri. Atlanta doesn't have a Nando's so I was on the search for a local restaurant that sells it. I found Tatso and let me start by saying they are a ghost kitchen that only has late night ordering. You cannot order Tatso before 10pm. That alone is a bit rough - especially when you're trying to just have it for dinner. But I'm a trooper and decided I'd have it for a late night snack instead (and take leftovers for lunch). Placing my order online was easy enough. The pickup location in Doraville felt a little sketch - its superrrrr empty and dark. They definitely need light in the parking lot! But anyways, the food is what we're here for - I ordered the half chicken with the rice and grilled squash/zucchini. They gave me a free slice of red velvet cake with my order. Let's start by saying the grilled vegetables were AMAZING. I could eat that alone it's so tasty. Very well seasoned. The rice was meh. The chicken itself had soooo much potential. It was tasty on the outside but soon as you got into it, it was very dry and bland. The chicken had definitely not been marinated before. Overall I'm glad I tried it and the gentleman who handed me my order out of the door was very nice.“
“Stopped by here for lunch and absolutely loved the food. The cheese corn was delicious and the tonkatsu pork chop was huge and perfectly fried!! Everything was so flavorful. The food came out hot and quick. We would definitely eat here again.“
“These guys are awesome. We came in for lunch on 6/2, and decided to dine in. The staff was super friendly and when they gave us our little marker to put at the table, before we even made it to our seats they had our food ready! The food was great as always. Love the watermelon mint sunjoy.“
“Fantastic food with great service. Had the perfect cashier who was excited to do his job and made us laugh. Only complaint would be the fact that me and my friend ordered the same thing but his had much more coleslaw than mine which I would’ve liked. Overall a great experience and perfect atmosphere for a lunch with some friends.“
“Me and my family came in for the first time today and we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The restaurant is red and black , which is my favorite colors so we felt right at home lol. The cashier , I forget her name, but she was so patient, sweet and friendly when taking and explaining our order... the food came after about a 15 minute wait, and when I tell you we enjoyed every bite. I got the 3 whole wings and waffles with a side of baked beans and potatoe salad(thank you Marvelle W.) I would break everything down but just know this place is a must try. Marvelle was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. And was very sweet , nice, accommodating, and personable (Hey Neighbor!) LOL. Now that's customer service! Thank you Hattie Bs. Yall have became my top favorite spot in ATL.#BossLifeGumbo #MobileAL“
“Food here was dee-lish. Chicken was crispy on the outside; succulent and juicy on the inside. Sides were on point! In particular - Fried okra. Two pieces of chicken and two sides is around $15. Value for money. RECOMMEND.Vegetarian options: Other than sides, not a place for veggies.“
“The chicken flavors from this chain are always deliciously amazing!! This certain location seemed to have much more on the menu. We will definitely come back to it! Cheese monster flavors are super yummy! The whole restaurant was so clean too.“
“Update: I stopped by tonight to bring some chicken, rice, beans and tortillas home for dinner. I’ve gotten food from here several times now and it just consistently fantastic.I am shocked by how good the chicken is here! We decided on some to-go food and I told my wife about the great reviews here so we decided to give it a shot. The rotisserie chicken is super flavorful, tender and moist. If you chop it up and add the spicy sauce with the rice it is an incredible combination. The sauces were fresh as well - really enjoyed the pronounced cilantro in the mild sauce. If you’re in the mood for chicken you need to go here. It’s tasty and affordable.“
“The food was absolutely insane. Like if you just needed to read any review to make a decision to go consider this the one. I ordered the Philly steak burger and I was not disappointed!!! Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality food experience in Atlanta. Diverse menu options, quick service, and of course the food being Halal makes this restaurant five stars hands down.“
“Y'all this chicken is GOOOOOD! If you love the lighter breading but flavorful crunchy of Taiwanese chicken nuggets, you'll love this. Reminds me of my usual fave Cuckoo's cafe chicken though this one doesn't have pickled vegetables so it's not tops for me. BUT it's still freaking delicious. Portions are HUGE. My husband and I got the couples set and it came with TWO sandwiches, fried wings, roasted wings, and nuggets for only $25. Mins literally blown as most places would charge $12 for each item alone. Cannot beat this deal. Our friend got a fried chicken bucket and devoured his. All the chicken was very flavorful with a good crunch on the outside and moist on the inside. Service is countertop and the cashier was friendly. She even offered us free keychain toys at the end. Ambience is similar to a fast food joint. It's located next to China Hot Pot and there's plenty of parking via lot.“
