“My husband and I had a really delicious meal at Briskfire tonight! We walked in and we were greeted immediately, the restaurant was very clean, and we got our food within five minutes of placing our order. We tried the beef short ribs platter, the beef brisket, the mac & cheese, and the french fries. All of them were delicious. The house made barbecue sauces were fantastic, my husband really enjoyed the hot sauce and I enjoyed the regular sauce. The owner was there and checked on us to make sure everything was tasty. They did not have banana pudding, but that just means I’ll have to come back to try it another night. I would recommend this place for a casual dine in experience or takeout.“

“I had the hummus, the lentil soup and grilled vegetables. I had been hoping for some vegan baba ghanoush, but the menu stated that it had yogurt in it. The hummus was much better than your average store bought hummus. It came with pita bread and a few olives, if it had included some cucumber slices and celery sticks it could probably be a meal in itself. The vegan items are not labeled on the menu, but the staff were friendly and answered questions.“

“Went there after a long time and were reminded how good the food is. The chicken karahi is the best with the soft afghani naan which is more like bread. The Chana had a unique smoky flavor. The Chapli kabab had a great texture to it and we all love the kabuli pulao. The pink Kashmiri style chai was so good. The service was good the server came by multiple times to check on us. I look forward to come back and considering catering from them.“

“I went in today to have lunch by myself and the gentleman that was serving me was so professional, kind, and attentive with a smile on his face throughout the whole meal. I am Indian but I really don’t know much about Bangladeshi food so I asked questions and he was more than happy to answer. He made the meal as great as it was!I got an order of their goat Halim and ruhi fish curry with porotha as recommended by him. The goat halim was the BEST halim I have had in quite a while. It is not thick like Indian/pakistani but more of a soup and it was amazingly spiced. It was so good, that I ordered another bowl to-go.The porotha was delicious with the halim and fish and a great recommendation!The fish was really good too, and to my surprise, definitely tastes much better with rice rather than bread.The service was great, and this restaurant seems like they are eager to please their customers with their hospitality and delicious food. “I cannot emphasize how amazing my experience here was. The food was so delicious. I got the Chicken Curry and my friend got the Butter Chicken with the Garlic Naan Bread and when I tell you I left there with a full stomach and a smile so big you could see your reflection on my teeth it was worth every penny and every second. They service was amazing. These were some of the kindest individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were very kind and respectful and I will most definitely be back for more. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for authentic Bengali Cuisine. “Great Gyros and Platters. I prefer the Chicken Beef platter. Everything is good and filling for the price. The whits sauce they use is SO FRIGGIN GOOD!! THE RICE IS AWESOME!! Hell, I could order just the rice and Id be good. Just need to work on their Greek Sauce for the salad. The Greek sauce doesn't really have much flavor but that could just be me. The lamb rice bowl was good, but it was the Chicken Tikka Masala that got my attention. The flavors were 10/10, and this is from someone of Jamaican descent who pays attention to flavor profiles (West Indies spices are in line with Indian spices too). I highly recommend trying it out (and I hope your dish is as amazing as mine was!).My exact orders were as follows. Lamb rice bowl: white basmati rice, lamb, Punjabi Dal, Chola, grilled onions & peppers, fresh spinach. Not Palestinian as claimed, and has weird yellowish spices added that shouldn’t be there. Avoid unless they get someone who can actually do a proper Nabulsi Konafa.My taste reference is from Quidar Al-Nabulsi that’s well known in the Middle East.“

“So this is one of those weird places which has two restaurants in one. One is Louisiana famous fried chicks and the second is Afghan kabob house. Both places can definitely hold their own. However, some of the food items aren’t what they seem. We ordered fried chicken, fries and Afghan kabob. Fried chicken was 3.5/5 but the kabob was all the way perfect. From the taste to the quantity, everything was on point with it. Fries were mediocre and cold. We requested newer and they were a bit better the second time around. Service was quite good and friendly. Few times the owner came out checking if all was good. I’d say overall, the food was very good.Btw, best thing about these places, they’re 100% halal.The only downfall is that they don’t have any sauces for the chicken. Who wants their chicken with ketchup right?“
“AMAZING STAFF! AMAZING SERVICE!!! I catered from them for the last day of my 4-day wedding and the experience leading up to the day of was smooth and very accommodating! William was great in working with my budget and the items I wanted as well as the timeframe to have the order ready. The morning of, there was some confusion on our end and we hit panic mode calling the restaurant thinking we were missing a whole tray. Lisa was absolutely a God-sent! She looked everywhere and checked with everyone to make sure the trays all left and even then started preparing another tray just in case. She could've easily said we sent it all and we're busy now. Her confidence and helpful nature saved the day! I would recommend working with this location on all your catering orders - they make it so easy and I don't even have to mention - THE FOOD IS A HIT WITH EVERYONE!!!!!“

Biryani was served in reusable plastic. Everything tastes absolutely amazing - no misses on this order. The gobi Manchurian, dal, veg biryani, chicken boti were all super delicious. The samosas are also flavorful and tasty but just a different recipe than I’m used to. We will definitely order again! Reminds me of my usual fave Cuckoo's cafe chicken though this one doesn't have pickled vegetables so it's not tops for me. BUT it's still freaking delicious. Portions are HUGE. My husband and I got the couples set and it came with TWO sandwiches, fried wings, roasted wings, and nuggets for only $25. Mins literally blown as most places would charge $12 for each item alone. Cannot beat this deal. Our friend got a fried chicken bucket and devoured his. All the chicken was very flavorful with a good crunch on the outside and moist on the inside. Service is countertop and the cashier was friendly. She even offered us free keychain toys at the end. Ambience is similar to a fast food joint. It's located next to China Hot Pot and there's plenty of parking via lot.“
