Ordered & paid online, says 10 minutes, get there in 25. Pizza wasn’t started they said. Left & came back, they give me a random Door Dash order under MY Door Dash name, I ordered online with an abbreviated name. Very scary & weird. Only 2 stars bc we ate the random order, had no more time to play with them.After coming & reading the reviews, I’m actually just gonna delete my account ? this location is actually so bad that it’s funny

This Papa John's always gets my order right and the food is always cooked to perfection.I've been coming here for about 5 years now. The only thing I can say about the pizza is sometimes they don't put enough cheese but everything else is fine.The staff is always kind and courteous, but sometimes the customer service is inexperienced. It was like 3:30 or 4 and I walked in. The girl was so helpful and told me the specials. I was unable to sit on the bench in the lobby so I asked if they could bring my pizza out to my car when done. So friendly, so quick and the pizza was awesome. It's hard to beat Papa John's crust and sauce. They did good on the toppings too. I wish I remembered the girl's name, because she really deserves kudos for being so kind to me.
