I spent a total 45 minutes in auto line here 12/31 around 1 pm. At first my car was the 8th in line, by the time I reached the order intercom, 28 minutes had passed. After I ordered, my auto was 4th in line. It took 17 more minutes to arrive at the pickup window. The worker asked me what I had ordered. I told her 2 blueberry cake donuts and she said she was sorry but Dunkin’ was no longer offering the blueberry donuts. ...read full review
I visited this location yesterday and noticed the top right two baskets of donuts that were covered with what looked like hundreds of fruit flies. I informed the cashier and he just confirmed that he knew about it but DID NOT throw them out. This morning I called to contact the manager and spoke to the assistant manager & she said that Orkin was called. She would call Orkin again. With that amount of BUGS the restaurant should be CLOSED down until this issue is resolved.
I came through the drive through and got an iced coffee. Once I got to my destination I look at my coffee and noticed there was a foreign object in my coffee. I opened the cup and pulled it out and realized it was part of PLASTIC BAG. I went back up to the store and spoke with the manager and she informed me that “we don’t have those kind of bags in store, we wouldn’t have put that in there”.
