August 30th, 2023-- It was the 20th anniversary of my mom's passing & she liked Papa John's. I ordered on my mobile app five pizzas & a garlic cheese bread in remembrance of her. When I walked into the store I was greeted very warmly by a person who was doing it all (don't know her name but she just came off a shift working at Dunkin' donuts). No matter which Papa John's you order from the food is pretty much the same so this review isn't about the food. We had some delivery issues that could've turned this review sour, but the response from the staff and delivery driver was absolutely immaculate, so no matter what, they deserve 5 stars, period. You'll get your food QUICK, but not too quick ??

Orlando was great. Great service, and very hard working. Got my pizza right on time, despite he was by himself and had few customers in line. Everyone got taken care of in a timely manner.
