Made transaction online using my rewards and order 2 more items to give something to eat to my kids. After enter the cc number the free pizza disappears. Contact the restaurant and explained what happened. The guy over the phone told me sorry but I don’t see any pizza and you can’t use the rewards over the phone and I adv then cancel the order and he said okay and hung up on me. I called back to adv as a courtesy if he can tell
