Didn’t get sauce for my cheese sticks and the Dr Pepper tasted like carbonated water. I’ve been here once before and it wasn’t good but I wanted to give it another chance. I won’t be back.
I have been to this location twice and have never been disappointed in my food. Arrived around 10:15a on 2/11/23 and a very pleasant lady took my order. She even asked if I needed condiments. I waited on fresh fries so she asked me to pull down which I don't mind at all especially when the food is going to be fresh. And it was!!! The chicken sandwich was delicious. Quick and fresh...and even better than that, the lady working the drive thru was so courteous and helpful..even to the customers in front me me who kept changing their long order. She was running the counter and drive thru by herself and doing a fantastic job. Probably the best Arby's in Macon.
