“Last night we went to Fazoli’s on Zebulon Rd in Macon. We immediately were treated so well by the staff. The young lady bringing our food to us was very kind! A young man saw us seated and immediately said he would check on our food. He came back a few minutes later to offer freshly shaved cheese for our meals. He was so kind and courteous! We later asked him if he could grab the manager so we could brag on him and it turns out he is the manager. He was bussing tables, delivering food, checking on customers, sweeping floors, etc. that is the true example of a manager. Someone who is willing to jump in the trenches with his staff to ensure all is right. I am very impressed and thankful. The staff at this facility were just wonderful!!! Thanks!!“
“We almost always stop here as we're leaving for a road trip. It's not fast food but not slow dine in service either. For $15 you can get your choice of a type of seafood, chicken, fries, hushpuppies, and a drink and a selection of sauces. Absolutely delicious and a great deal to leave with a full belly. Can also order ahead of time by calling in or online. Looks from the outside are deceptive, but the service will make you feel like family without hurting the wallet.“
“We really like the kids meals with our grandkids! The corn dog is a favorite, but they like the chicken and the burger too. The fries are delicious and hot, and the custard cup with the meal is a marvelous conclusion. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were courteous. A delightful experience!“

“Food is good as always. The parking area is a bit tight to navigate so be careful. Service is generally speedy except for really busy days. Atmosphere seems the same as most Chick-Fil-As. I have visited this location several times as it is newer and closer to my parents' home when I visit from out of state. Very likely to return again.“
“The servers were really pleasant at the front counter, and the place was taken care of. I had the space and the time I needed to catch up with a dear friend. (Everything was mostly 5 stars. “The subs are some if the best flavor combinations. I like that they fresh slice the meats. Service is hit or miss. The last time I went in, I asked for my child's sub to be a combo, they charged me for the adult combo, which costs more and did not include the cookie. I asked if they could correct it, but they were confrontational saying it's my problem. Also the pepperoni rolls were served cold and no sauce. I'll still go back because their subs are still great.Parking: Parking is difficult to find here and you have to pay.“
“I think I just found the BEST McDonald's in America. Seriously. I travel for my job 100% so I eat out a lot. And I love McDonald's breakfast, its the best. Well I came to this location a couple weeks ago and the drive through was packed. Maybe 10 cars. I didn't want to wait but I really wanted their breakfast so I decided it was worth it. Well to my surprise the line went SUPER fast. And the lady on intercom taking my order was so nice and polite. I was In and out in like 2 min. It was crazy. So today I wanted breakfast again and I remembered how fast and easy it was at this particular mcdonald's so I decided to go. Something this time when I get there today. Drive through was packed. Had 9 cars in line....but just like the time before I pulled up to intercom, the lady took my order, which she was so polite and kind. I had to tell her that I think they are the best McDonald's ever. She thanked me and I pulled up to the next window to get my food and again....the lady handed me my food was also so polite and kind. It's crazy,honestly. This team here works so well together. It's amazing. This is the way I wish every customer service based company worked. These ladies are definitely headed for bigger things. Thank you for the best service I've ever had.“
“The meat tastes deliciously fresh, the fries are made from freshly cut potatoes, and the cheese actually melts guys. You can taste the authenticity in every bite. Getting fresh tasting, 100% beef and potatoes is well worth the cost.Parking: Very limited parking spaces.“
“They do have the market cornered on subs; however, the price was not for ME affordable. $50.00 for 3 people. I feel like for that price those subs should at least wash my car or something.But to be fair we each got at least two meals out of them because they were really meaty!“

“The food is good. My favorite is the pork chops so far that I've tried. Green beans are amazing and I love the jiffy bread when it's available. My only complaint is I drive a good ways to see what he has because he doesn't post the menu on a regular. When I ask my sister is it posted via Facebook she usually says no and then will try to inbox for it. When u arrive some of the menu items are not ready. This has happened on more than one occasion. But they are super nice and friendly and I do recommend you go and try for yourself. They have breakfast that I hear is really good too.“
“Friendly, quick, and yummy. They have keto options on the burgers fyi (trade your bread for a lettuce wrap)! The restaurant was very clean, also the bathrooms! If you love thin and crispy fries like me, these are amazing! Try dipping them in their regular or spicy fry sauce and I promise you, you will not be sad lol!“
“Oh my goodness, the staff treats everyone like their family. The place is clean. You can tell everyone loves what they do. Customer service is excellent. The food is good too. I had 5 grandkids with me, and they were patient with me to get their orders.Kid-friendliness: My grandkids were excited and were a bit loud, and no one said anything to us. The owner even came to speak to them and had a conversation.“
“I decided on subway today. I ordered the Subway Club thinking it would be my typical ham, turkey, and bacon but it's not. It's got roast beef (which I do not care for) instead of bacon so I'll have to read carefully and I now know I will have to order the Pickleball Club to get the ingredients of the one I typically used to order which was the All American Club. With that being said, I chose to travel a little further because I had been disappointed in the subs at the location closest to me the last few times. It was busy when I arrived but after she completed the order she was doing she made my online order. She even informed me that I didn't select a cheese option and I told her that was correct because I don't eat it on my subs and prefer the parmesan shake. I love that she was very attentive to this and asked and not just slap some on because I've had that happen. But the sub was made nice and neat. Ingredients were fresh. Bread was soft. I prefer bottled drinks but they don't have them at this location but they do have the crushed ice which I love. At the other locations I have not seen it. Thank God the fountain machine was clean and black gunk was not coming out into my drink as I was dispensing. Yes this is why I prefer bottles!!! But I would definitely return here. I have eaten here in the past once before when my sister brought it home but I never left a review. I must say this experience was better than the last.“

The facilities are clean.Both venues can be challenging, at rush hour, to leave.“
