First time! The Brisket was so delicious.. It was perfectly marbled, super tender. The owner was very friendly, as well as the rest of the staff! I asked for BBQ sauce on the side.. it was forgotten.. (I didn't notice til I got home), but it's alright! The brisket was prepared & smoked perfectly, so I didn't end up needing the sauce anyway!I am new to town and I've been looking for a GOOD barbecue place, like one I knew back home.. I finally found a delicious spot!! Can't wait to come back here to try out what else they have to offer. Thanks, guys!

Ben and his staff greeted us as soon as we we arrived. As first timers here, they answered all our questions and made recommendations. We had the special brisket Reuben and the 6oz brisket plate. Both were fantastic! Perfectly cooked and delicious! Collards and coleslaw were equally delicious! The fresh pickles and pickled onions were crisp and delicious. To top it off, they offered a military/first responder discount. Many thank to Ben and his team for a great experience here; highly recommend!

Flavor was acceptable and portions were just enough. I can see if this is what you grew up on you could maybe think this was great BBQ. Having traveled and sampling many styles, this would not be a must travel to experience. You could skip and go on with your life not having missed out on anything.

There's a lot of hype when it comes to BBQ, and despite the fact that we were passing through and never heard of them, we stopped and OMG! Mind you, my husband has a BBQ food truck, so we are very particular. Their food is delicious, the staff is SO FRIENDLY, and please make sure you leave room for the best banana pudding I've ever had. We might have it shipped in for my daughter's wedding.
