“The family and I finally made it to Melt Yard! The food was great. I had a Hollywood Melt, my son the Kids Hamburger, and my wife the tacos. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. We loved the old skool arcade pinball machines! So much fun!!“

“Where to begin...this will be a long review, so, sorry in advance. Our experience with The Marietta Local began when I reached out to them regarding catering for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Since then, we have nothing but positive things to say. We have been dealing mainly with the owner, Jim, who has been extremely accommodating to us. Every phone call, meeting, etc. he has been our point of contact, which I feel like is rare. Before we even fully committed to Marietta Local for our catering, Jim invited us into the restaurant for a meal and told us to try whatever we wanted. We were not disappointed! We had meatloaf, nashville hot chicken, grits, quinoa salad, collard greens, plus a couple more items that I cannot recall at this time -- everything we had was spectacular! We were served quickly and the staff was so pleasant. We got to sit down with the chef, Emily, and talk through our menu preferences, and she assured us the one thing we would not have to worry about is our food, she had it all under control; which, for anyone who has ever planned a wedding and knows the stress, this was so re-assuring to us. I cannot say enough good things about Emily. She is an incredible human and an even better chef.That same visit, we got to meet Jim in person. His personality is infectious. You can tell he is genuinely so proud of his restaurants and I think that shows in the food and service they put out. While our wedding events are not until this weekend, 3/15-16, I can truthfully say I do not have a single concern about our food, but will definitely write another review or edit this one, post-wedding. I cannot wait for our family and friends to try everything that we have planned with The Marietta Local!TLDR; service and food is 10/10, whether it is catering or breakfast/lunch dine-in. “Hubby and I were dropping a friend off and actually were headed somewhere else for date night. We stopped here instead because it was close by. We went on a Saturday. The vibe (dj played some of everything), service (Shay was bomb), food (calamari, shrimp quesadilla, garlic parm chicken wings.. they even let you get all flats w/o upcharging), hookah, and drinks (we had about 6 between both of us) were on point. Oh and parking is open and free! Gratuity was included, but Shay was great, so she definitely deserved it! Definitely will visit again!“

“Our meal from NaNum Chicken Factory was great! The chicken Philly was one of the best I’ve ever had and the fries were excellent too. Everything was served very hot and fresh. The service was outstanding and everyone was so friendly. We are glad to have this place in our neighborhood!“

“It has been a while since I have been to Cheeseburger Bobby’s, so when the family decided to meet up for dinner this was the place that they picked. I do want to start off with Juan who was the man running the register… He was very helpful in making sure that we had everything that we needed to make our trip here a good one. I did have to ask for a little more sauce for my Lemon pepper wings, and while I was just expecting a little sprinkle of it, he went to the back and made sure to get a portion of the dry rub and the wet dipping sauce to make sure it was what I needed. If you are planning on going, I’d recommend downloading their app, because they have specials every day and you don’t want to miss out on those. And lastly… make sure you save room for dessert! Their Frozen custard is fantastic and just the right sweetness to top off a really good meal. Personally, I like the peanut butter one… but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the flavors that you choose they are all delicious. If you are in the mood for a good burger, fry, and dessert combo, then Cheeseburger Bobby’s is your place.“
“Seriously this might be one of the few places in Atlanta that has consistent wings. The first flavor I tried was lemon pepper, extra wet and I mean it was amazing and very flavorful. Today I wanted hot lemon pepper which they don’t have on the menu but I asked to see if I could get it still. I mean it’s it’s the right amount of heat but it’s not going to have you gasping for air. I get my wings for that extra crunch and then add the sauce on top. SOOOOO GOOD“

“I used to come this place a lot for lunch break during work. The food comes out exceptionally quick and the quality is always great. After payment (even in times where I couldn't tip) the staff would always say thank you and smile. The establishment could use a tad touching up on the exterior but the interior is always nice and clean. They have an outstanding health score and you can tell that not just the owners but the staff also care about their cleanliness and service. I live in Cartersville but anytime I'm in Marietta during their business hours I always swing by.I normally get the 10piece hot honey with fries and a drink. The wings look small but have a surprising good meat portion and always cooked to perfection. The fries Are crispy to the last one and I never have complaints when eating here. I tell others about this location that havent tried because their prices are impossible to beat. 10/10 would recommend.“

“The food is great but our experience this past Friday (04/29) was not good. We had the sweetest waitress that was actually a hostess who was helping the staff take orders etc. We noticed the sign on the door indicating staffing shortages, etc. so we made sure to be extra patient with the staff. Our order was taken but never showed up to our table. We waited about an hour and a half and the waitress came over and told us that our food order never made it to the back of the kitchen. We thanked her for letting us know and we left. She apologized with tears in her eyes. The staff here had a frustrating night. While this one experience is not the norm, what worries me is the entire evening I never saw a manger circling tables ensuring things are being addressed. While I realize that times are tough, where is the customer service? Where is the manager who should be managing these types of issues? If you can't take orders and fulfill them I suggest letting customers know. A sign in the door asking for patience is not enough. Manage the workload. Don't just continue to take orders you can't fulfill with the staff you have. Please do better for your staff and your customers. Customers will far more respect, being told up front that you can't take an order due to staffing shortages than they will with just being frustrated by over promising and under delivering. We've had great service in the past. I'm hoping the management of this restaurant will step up and correct customer service experience on nights when they are in a bind.“

“I ended up ordering from here by accident (mistook it for a place 5 minutes from me) and drove 25 minutes to get there. I don’t regret it. The pizza was delicious and toppings were well-cooked — chicken on pizza can sometimes be dry, but not here. It was well-seasoned and juicy and made a great combo with the pizza. Owner was also very nice, and the prices are several dollars cheaper than places that aren’t nearly as good. I’d recommend it for halal and non-halal needs.“

Since we lost Sonic in this neighborhood a few years ago, Cook Out makes up for that loss, plus the atmosphere is much nicer.Parking: For those who may be physically impaired, there are spaces directly in front of the ramp-way onto the concrete sidewalk at the entrance.For everyone else, there are about 15 tables that easily seat 4 people each, but they could take 3 kids each on a school field trip or college kid meet-ups. Parking for about 40 cars is available for Cook Out customers with overflow in the rear of the building adjace the drive-through, which wraps the building.“

“It was delicious food.I have been coming to this location for about 4 years now and I never have a bad experience. Everyone knows who I am and no matter what day it is they make me feel at home. My wings are always consistently great and always the right texture and freshness. Used a gift card & added $10.00 in cash, since I thought the GC wouldn't cover it. She returns the gc( there was more than enough on it to cover the bill). She walks away with my cash, as there was a misunderstanding. There was NO WAY, she was getting a 25% tip. She walked by out table several times too. Tips are earned, not a given. “After years of seeing Ted’s I finally had the chance to stop in. The friends and I were out for a Saturday fun-day. After engaging in our activities we ended up at Ted’s. The parking at this location was great as the parking lot is huge. Upon walking in we were greeted with a smiling face and welcomed to the restaurant. As there was a table ready we were seated immediately. Once seated, we were introduced to the BJ experience. Allow me to explain. BJ was our waiter and he was beyond amazing. His personality was vibrant and contagious. He was very customer focused and provided a superb net promoter type of experience. Special Thank You to BJ for the amazing service. Ok! Back to the food. I ordered the Onion Rings for my appetizer. They were hugeeeeeeee and fried to golden brown perfection. They weren’t greasy which made them even more enjoyable. The onions were thickly cut but tender and the batter to onion ratio was spot on. For my main course I ordered the Ted’s Filet with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and based on BJ’s suggestion I got the Sautéed Green Beans. The filet was mouth watering, seasoned to perfection and melted in my mouth. You could tell the meat was seared to perfection and allowed the perfect amount of time to rest. I’m talking about a juicy, tender, fine cut of meat. I want more now! LoL. The Garlic Mashed were really good. They were creamy and well flavored. However, the highlight of the sides were the Sautéed Green Beans. Omgggggggggg!!! I’m talking about a tender, robust flavored green bean that paired so well with the steak. Truth be told, next time I want a double side of the green beans. LoL. Overall Ted’s was an amazing experience. I truly enjoyed the service, food, ambiance, and quality of food as a whole.“
