We randomly found this place when driving back to Atlanta to fly home. It had great reviews and most other restaurants close by didn’t. We lucked out!! This food was amazing and the folks working were so friendly!! We got the Caprese salad to start off and we were in heaven. The fresh made mozzarella was beyond delicious. Hoboken is a wonderful family owned business. Food is always great and staff are the nicest. My favorite is the chicken parm sub with their homemade mozzarella! My family also loves the pasta and meatballs and their meatball sub also don’t forget their amazing mozzarella! The cold cut subs are all good too! The pasta salad side is another favorite.
