This location has become worse & worse over last couple years. Today was the last straw with them. Placed my order, got to window to pick up food after paying & 3 of the 4 people @ the window had masks on that were hanging around their necks. Even the women handing me my food wast wearing her mask. Ask to speak to a manager & she said she was the manager. When I asked why people handling my food weren't wearing their mask she had no answer. I then told her I didn't want...read full review
Can’t count the times that my order was wrong or missing something. Time to get it right or lose a long time customer.
Two stars because *sometimes* the food is decent and the drive-thru doesn't suck. You have to be lucky to catch the correct shift or else the food is wrong and subpar or just downright not what you ordered.
I went tonight and my small frosty was straight liquid.
I can't believe I continue to give this place a chance.
