“We went in for our first visit a couple of days ago and it was so delicious, we’re hoping to go back soon! There are abundant fresh choices to create your own poke bowl and the staff was very helpful in making suggestions for the best combinations. I had a brown rice base, salmon, spicy shrimp, mango, green onions, kale, wontons, and pickled ginger. It was hearty and healthy. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Blue Ridge!“

“Absolutely wonderful, one of my favorite places to eat in the city. Try the blackberry smoke burger, its really great. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the man who runs Singo on Monday nights has been consistently and aggressively rude to me every time we've made the mistake of showing up on a Monday night. Don't go on a Monday.Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers available!“
“Great beer!! Must try their chocolate beer, also offer non alcoholic cider. Nice place, dog friendly inside and out. Families with children were enjoying the outdoor area, inside was packed for karaoke night. 4 starts because of no hot food available but inside you can buy snacks like chips and eat.“
“I was one of the 500 train people that invade Copper Hill each day. Decided to skip shopping and go to Buck Bald. Great decision! Really good and varied selection of beer. Loved the Kolsch and Ginger Beer. The music and vibe was also great. The server, aside from his Wichita State shirt, was knowledgeable and welcoming. Would stop here every time.“

“The best Mexican restaurant I've ever visited!!“
“Nice establishment with a small town feels yet very inviting. Met good people here during Blue Ridge train layover ride. The bartenders were knowledgeable about the area and served cold and refreshing drinks. We had the pleasure in meeting one of the owners, Colleen and local Mira, who gave great recommendations of a place to stay with all around stories of Copperhill and places nearby. Also, we were bring outside food into brewery and eat while drinking. Highly recommend if you want a freshly brewed beer, drink wine and chill atmosphere.“

“Meatballs were a fail, not sure why they were absolutely delicious just a few months back. Main courses were great, we had the salmon and pasta and the cannelloni. Atmosphere wasn’t great maybe I’m a stickler but paper tables covers and a few other things made it feel a bit odd. Otherwise had a good experience and the waitress was phenomenal! She didn’t hassle us when we weren’t pleased with the meatballs and served us with respect.“

“We go to Chester's fairly often and can recommend it highly. It's super popular and takes no reservations, so having to wait is no fun. But once you're seated, the service is friendly and quick, the fast-casual food is delicious, and the price moderate. Why is Chesters's popular, crowded and successful? Because its formula is sure-fire and executed well.“

“We went for a late lunch, everything was delicious. Really enjoyed their chips and salsa. Had the enchiladas parillos and they were really good! My husband had poblanos, my sons had a taco salad and the Philly tacos, everything disappeared, so good!“
“What a great little spot to drop the men folk while the women went hiking! LOL When we rejoined them after a great hike in the Cherokee National Forest we had the porter, the IPA and a brown beer all were very well balanced and tasty! The boys also loved the Carolina Reaper beer which had a slow heat but not awful. We also all loved the state line going through the middle of the brewery.“

“Their Classico was the best cheese pizza I’ve ever had. Also enjoyed their Mona Lisa and their Rebel pizza. Crust was tasty, firm, with a slight crunch to it. Went to Pizza Knight which was a fundraiser for Special Olympics so not sure how their typical service would be but those who were there were friendly. The restaurant was pretty loud but had decent spacing between tables. The building was clean. Parking lot is gravel and a little uneven in places so it can be challenging in heels or for those with an unsteady gait although there is a space to pull up to the front where there is a ramp to the porch. Overall good experience at this event.Parking: Parking lot is gravel and a little uneven in places but not too bad for average walking abilities.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to front porch, place to pull up that is level, parts of the interior may be difficult to navigate due to narrowness but not impossible.“

“This is a must go to Tavern!! The food is fantastic and the entire staff was on point and very friendly. Super military friendly and operated by veterans. The co-owner was working and was very engaging. The place has a classic rock/metal feel, but not so much that you can't enjoy conversation. I highly recommend the Megadeth Burger and the mammoth nachos!! Sooo delicious. The Jolly Rancher cocktail tastes just like a pink starburst and watermelon!!!“
“This is quite a pleasant surprise to find in the mountains. Under new ownership, gave this place a try. Liked it so much went back for a second time, friendly service and quality of food was consistent. Used their online order service both times. The first time the order was overlooked but they quickly got to work, and during lunch hour they were packed too! Went outside to wait in the car as there wasn't even standing room inside. They ran my order out to me. I didn't even get to drive away and the staff member was running back out to me again thinking I may need cutlery. The man behind the counter is so super friendly and polite. Genuine care for the guests and service with a smile. Most importantly, food. We are fans of Chicken Ho Fun, and it is on point. Also have had the Curry Chicken, full of flavor, white breast meat, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and snow peas. Perfect blend of protein and vegetables. The second time added the Salt and Pepper Potatoes and boy were they yummy. Saw a previous comment about pricing not the same, my bill was accurate both times. Ambiance is not there but hopefully that will come over time. Quick note: we took our food over to a local brewery to enjoy. The food was packed so well it was still steaming hot when we opened to eat it!“

“We were taken back into the lounge since my group was all over 21. It was quieter there and lighting was low. Wait times for putting in our order and getting the bills and paying the bills were a little lengthy, but it was a busy dinner time as well. Our server was very nice and accommodating. We all enjoyed our food. I’ve added pics of what I tried. The baked ziti came with 2 garlic rolls. Nice serving amount for the money and tasted delicious! The pasta sauce is quite sweet which I liked, but I know not everyone does. The Veggie Pesto Flatbread pizza was delicious! One of my friends split it with me. The sweet tea was perfect! I wish they served their drinks in taller glasses so we wouldn’t have needed to refill them so often. I took citrus chipotle wings and garlic parm wings with Buffalo sauce added in, home to my bf. And they were divine!!! Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: My friend enjoyed her veggie burger and salad!Parking: It’s a fairly large parking lot so parking wasn’t difficult to find.“

“From the moment we stepped into Bumblebee’s Cafe, I knew we were in for a treat. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee immediately made me feel at home. I opted for the mouthwatering country fried steak with two eggs which were cooked to perfection, while my wife savored every bite of the scrumptious banana nut pancake. Each dish was prepared with care. Bumblebee’s has something to satisfy everyone. I can’t wait to visit again and indulge in more of their delightful offerings. Highly recommend!”“

“Hiking ran late so we decided to dine out on some Mexican food. Service at El Manzanillo was very accommodating of our party of twelve and got us seated with drinks and chips in no time at all. Welcoming ambiance and generous portions of really good food, followed up with a Happy Birthday song and awesome frozen dessert made for a really great experience. Highly recommended if your in the area and the TexMex hankering comes calling.“

“This place was so cool to visit! Very clean, organized, and beautifully decorated inside and out. My wife and I stopped by to grab it Togo and got a Cuban sandwich, a guava cheesecake, and lemon bar to share and it was all beyond our expectations! The sandwich could use a touch more garlicky flavor in our opinion but overall one of the best I’ve had in the state of Ga. The bread was amazing and the rest of sandwich was beautifully toasted and well balanced. The deserts both were also, very balanced and not overly sweet. Definitely worth a visit!“
