“If you’re a fan of Stoney River, I promise you’ll enjoy J. Alexander’s. The interior has a similar vibe, and you can be sure to expect the same quality of service and attentiveness here. All of our food was wonderful. For starters, we had the soup of the day, which was a fabulous chili, and a delicious smoked salmon dip with toast points. The steak was incredibly juicy and was accompanied by a very creamy baked mac and cheese. The fries and smashed potatoes were also delicious. We really enjoyed the pork tenderloin as well. To finish the night, we were treated with one of the most divine chocolate cakes I have ever eaten. It was perfectly fudgy, warm, and rich. The hot cake and richness was perfectly balanced with a side of sweet vanilla ice cream. You won’t regret coming here for a classic American dinner. And do not skip the cake!“
“I'm familiar with CA Pizza at Lenox. This is at The Forum in Peachtree Corners. Pretty nice place.Came here hungry. Walked in & we were seated pretty quickly. Not an overly smiley welcome, but sweet enough.Waited around 5 minutes before our server came over, but I had to nudge another employee to get her. Server came, NO welcome, just right to getting our drink order & we went ahead & put in our lunch order as well.I got the Soup/Salad Combo, $8.99, my daughter got the Club Sandwich (1/2) & Soup Combo, my guys got a lunch Pizza & Salad Combo. We got a plate of bread & dipping oil- pretty good!! 2 plates, actually.Food came- nice presentation & really nice lunch portion. Just right. Tasted really great!!!! Had a nice lunch & we are full.We sat for about 10 minutes without checking on us. I had to get the other employee again to get our server. Finally the check came & she said thanks.I'd go again for the food, but if you are a customer service person, don't get your hopes up.The restaurant was clean & open. You can see everything from everywhere. All good.4 stars is mainly because of the food. Go enjoy & maybe this was just a dreary cold day & folks aren't so chipper. I'd go back if in the area- that Italian Chopped Salad & Mashed (split pea) Soup was really good.“
“Awesome time visiting Birmingham, Alabama location. We had a wonderful experience with Ms. KiKi B. We have not had that experience in years. Ms. Kiki listened, made suggestions, was patient and took her time with us. I will say everyone that we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. Ms Kiki B was the best and stand out in supporting our needs. I thank you and hope her mgmt sees her talents.“
“Exceptional dining and service…Jermaine and the whole crew went above and beyond to make our Christmas party special. It’s been a long time since I’ve been this impressed with such an experience. I wanted to hug the chef, it was so good! THANK YOU! Debbie, you have a fantastic place and have surrounded yourself with a top notch team.“
“Waited an hour to be sat outside in the cold. Zero mention beforehand that the table may be outside. Not another soul outside and plenty of people waiting to be seated. Zero accommodations were made to attempt to get us sat inside when we notified staff we would be leaving because we weren’t going to sit in the cold. Booths have thermal lamp but only reaches about two seats and does zero for the wind. Felt very ostracized and extremely disappointed.“
“Our first visit will turn into many more visits to come. The fish (blackened salmon) and grits were made perfectly. The service was excellent (friendly, efficient, and accurate). The place is small, but once inside you DON'T feel overcrowded. The potion size seemed very balanced to the prices.Parking: Parking is a bit "tight" so be prepared for not much parking when you arrive. The food is well worth the trouble.“
“This place is AMAZING. The food is outstanding, service is always great! Jesse is the best server, Jamie knows how to get you the best drinks and the manager Jason makes the entire experience incredible! Can’t wait to come back again and again and again to enjoy many more meals and drinks with everyone!“
“I wish I could rate this place higher!! Haven Restaurant and Bar is such a gem. I dined here for the first time last night with friends and everything was simply phenomenal. I had the Grilled Beef Tenderloin which was absolute perfection. The beef was cooked exceptionally well with the perfect amount of salt. The whipped potatoes were nice and buttery smooth and the spinach was the best spinach I've ever had. It was packed with flavor and the bearnaise sauce accompanied everything so well. We also tried the new Grilled Artichokes which were delicious. The ricotta really put it over the top and again, was seasoned perfectly. The staff was also top notch! Our waiter was fantastic beacuse he was so kind and professional and knew the menu back and front. The brunch manager was still there and he was also amazing and so nice. I live an hour away but will absolutely make the drive to come back again very soon.“
“I had the Burger. The bun needed to be warmed up a little and being charged for the cheep little pickles was not cool. Also 3 of us at the table had fries and the portions were not the same. I got a smaller and over done portion. The pic shows the cheese Burger my friend got. Just need to warm the bun please. The Burger meat was very good, just the rest was a let down.Service was just OK. Not bad but not great.“
