“OMG!!! Y'all, please don't let the outside fool you! My daughter and I stopped by to get dinner, trying something new. The service was pleasant. The cook/owner was there alone, but he handled it. Y'all, this food was delicious! Not only was it great, but it was more than enough for the price! I'm a country girl, and I love me some good BBQ, and this was it! Y'all really gotta go in and get a plate. I had the chicken, potato salad, and baked beans. There was enough for 2 days on my plate. And yes, it was still good the second day. Just try it! “Love the name! Food was awesome. I had the catfish, cheese grits, and a biscuit. Every bite was perfectly seasoned and not too salty. Fish was very fresh. Grits were from scratch not instant. Didn’t even need butter for the biscuit. Took home the sweet potato and pecan pie both homemade and slices of heaven. Staff appeared to be family and were all very sweet. “I had the shrimp philly and it was excellent. I've been thinking about it ever since. I placed my order and waited about an hour to pick it up which was perfect timing. The guys at the window were very nice and working extremely hard at like 1am. I'll definitely be back the next time I have a late night craving.“

When the owners wife is there, the place has a more excited atmosphere. Mrs. Jay gives away free stuff and looks for ways to give you discounts!Parking: Parking is okay for a few cars, two or three, but any more vehicles that come will have to make their own parking spot near the restaurant.“

“This restaurant is somewhat hidden inside of the Nam Dae Mun in Morrow. It’s located on the right side when you walk in through the entrance, next to the restroom. The setup does not look much and seems a bit run down, but the food was fantastic! I also appreciated that each table is sectioned off with partitions for more privacy. It’s essentially self-service. You place your order/pay at the front register and select your own table. They will call your name when your meal is ready; no fuss, no muss. You also get a small styrofoam cup for water, to be refilled from a dispenser with hot/cold options. Once you are done eating, return your tray at the metal rack at the front.My husband got the Stone Bowl Bibimbap, which was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the rice was perfectly crisp at the bottom of the pot. I had the Beef Rib Soup, which was very flavorful; it came with a bowl of rice (that I mixed into the soup), plenty of meat, daikon, and a side of soy sauce and wasabi mix that I dipped my meat into - SO GOOD!! Each order included kimchi and bean sprouts as sides; I do wish it came with more banchan but that’s not a deal breaker. Both meals were nutritious, filling, and satisfying overrall. We will definitely be back to explore other items on the menu.“
“This place is amazing the food and the service top-tier and the tea is amazing as well. I come here whenever I need barbecue because they make it the best. the ribs are nice big and juicy not dry at all. You don’t even need the sauce that they put on the side because it has that much flavor. The mac & cheese was very cheesy and the greens were just right. I recommend this place all my food was good.“

“This bbq spot is tucked away in a plaza. I believe the meals are takeout only. The establishment is very clean. The cashier could seem a bit happier to be at work. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Wasn't mean or anything just not really serving good customer service. She should also wear gloves while preparing meals. I was bummed to see my ribs go in a microwave before she packed them away. It makes me wonder how fresh the bbq is. I've never seen that happen in real life, lol only on tv for failed restaurants. I ordered half a slab, with the sauce on the side. Also ordered lemonade. The ribs had a decent texture, and good flavor. The bbq sauce was very good! The lemonade was so flavorful reminded me the pink flavored otter pop. I would like to come back here again to try more items on the menu, but I'm not too fond of the process of reheated food in the microwave being portrayed as fresh.“

The staff is always friendly , and yes_ they are awesome! I definitely have recommended this restaurant to my beloved because it's one of my favorite restaurants. If you give anything less that 4.0 then your taste buds must be dysfunctional, and you must be unfriendly. I give five stars because it's also a tasty treat. “Let me tell you! I have been in Georgia for 20 years or more and this by far is the best barbecue I have ever had! The first time I came here I only got ribs and chicken. I was blown away. I went back and ordered some sides the next time to go with my ribs, and I was totally satisfied. The people are so nice and the food is truly SOUL food let’s keep them in business.“
