Generally always friendly for a business that is always busy. The line always moves fairly quick unless someone has a large order. This is basically a drive thru only location so it does happen sometimes. I recommend checking your order as you pull away because I have received the wrong order once, but they are almost always accurate to what you ask for.
The steak egg and cheese and bo-rounds are my favorite. Very tasty. I usually get the simply orange juice with it. Be careful though because they like to upsell to the medium combo if you don't specify the small, which if you get the OJ there is no different sizes of it, but the price is about $3 more for just 2 more bo-rounds (round hash browns). Would give 5 stars for the food, but minus 1 star for the sneaky upcharge on the combo meals. They should give the small unless asked...read full review

They always get my order right, don't leave anything out of the bag, & are very quick. Very few fast food places consistently do all 3. Staff could be a little friendlier. They are consistently cold and dry, rarely greet the customer or say thank you or anything. It's like here is your food now get out of the way for the next customer. I think it's possible to be fast and friendly, but overall I'm very pleased every time I go to Bojangles.
