Chick-fil-A has been a life saver for me this week. It seems I can always count on quick & happy service from the employees, rain or shine, even in the hot, humid, sticky weather! I have medical issues. When I've had appointments all day & my body is almost on E, it's nice to know I can swing thru Chick-fil-A, speak to a live person with a smile, recieve the actual food that I ordered & it's hot! I appreciate the delicious food, but I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to place my order. It would be helpful to improve the efficiency of the ordering process to reduce wait times.

Driving while ordering is the only thing that I don't like ...he kept walking to the next spot while I was order which makes it awkward. Probably will order through the app when I can.
