I wanted a Krystal burger but this was not it. It was so soggy and the meat practically fell apart not a good pick. The Spicy Chicken wasn't bad but it was mostly breading to make it bigger and it tasted old.
It's Krystal!I was charged for an item and did not receive it. I went back to the counter, and she looked at the order and said I did not order it. So, I ordered and paid again. I found the original receipt and saw that I had, in fact, ordered and paid for the item. They were so disorganized, yet we were the only ones in the lobby/dining room, I did not bother asking for a refund. But, it matters.

We got there at 9:30 to order food in the drive thru. We pulled around we where told order will be ready in 15 minutes no problem. I had to use the bathroom used the side door that was open. When I was using the bathroom.a employee was beating on the door. When I walked out employee standing at the door just staring at me. I think it was very rude. If you don't want a customer to use the bathroom lock the door or put a sign on the door.
