Lobby closed 2.5 hours earlier than posted and cars wrapped around the building waiting for the drive through. They need to learn staffing from Chik-Fil-A. If it wasn’t for a DoorDash customer, I would have left 20 minutes ago.
There were just a couple of cars ahead of me in the drive up, but it took literally forever to get to the window to pay. I'm not sure what was wrong, but the car in front of me wanted to pay with the phone and I guess the employee didn't know how? Any way, when I got to the pay window they were confused about the which was my order, but got it straightened out quickly. They are very slow. It took them more than an hour to give me my order. The service was also terrible. The lady who served me was very disrespectful to me and made me wait. To finish it off, when we got home to eat the food, the fillet we had ordered was rancid and spoiled. In short, very bad service and food
